The names of God have meaning. He is the Great I Am, Yahweh, and the Lord God Almighty. These are just some of the names of God that express some attribute of who He is or some way in which He acts. The Holy Spirit is called the Helper, Counselor, the Spirit of Truth, and so on. Jesus also has names specific to Him, such as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the Prince of Peace, or the Son of God. However, there is one designation for Jesus that is very rarely discussed — Jesus the Thief.
